Although we’ve told you how much we appreciate everything you did for us, and have praised you on our blog, we wanted to let you know again how happy we are with our 5th Wheel.  We drove quite a distance from California to Indiana’s RV capital to purchase our coach hoping to have a better selection and perhaps save a little money.  And then we walked into your dealership and met the two of you!  From that moment, we knew we were in good hands.  Not only did we get a great coach at a great price, but you went out of your way to arrange for the extra upgrades that were important to us.  You took the time to answer all of our questions, didn’t “push” like some dealers we visited, and made us very comfortable with this important purchase.  We were allowed to camp out at your facility for a few days while waiting for our upgrades and you even offered us coffee and rolls.  We visited with you over lunch and we had the pleasure of getting to know you and becoming friends.  We don’t know how we can ever repay your kind hospitality.  God truly blessed us when He led us to you.  Thank you, Steve and Tammy, for providing us with good old-fashioned honest service and a quality RV that we love.  We take every opportunity to recommend you highly.

I would like to thank you and the shop crew for all your help.

You answered all my email questions in a timely manner and made sure the transaction went smoothly.

The shop crew made sure the Little Guy Teardrop Trailer was attached to the car properly and caught the fact my car turning signal was not working and fixed it for a very reasonable price.  They made a special parts run and got me going very quickly.
